Monsters In The Garden

So this lovely release came in October last year! EEP! Like I said, in my previous post, I have let things slip in the news-updates department here but of course if you follow me on social media you will have seen Monsters In The Garden.

I am quite beside myself to be included in this electrifying tome of New Zealand science fiction & fantasy published by @vupbooks, edited by David Larsen & @elizabethknox. What a collection and what a cover!! by Rodney Smith.

My short story is called: The Dreamer and the Nightingale and if I were to give it a genre I think I might even call it a little bit scorched earth, a little bit steampunk, a little bit science fiction. It’s a tragic wee love story and I hope you enjoy Henry and Orla’s story as much as I enjoyed writing it.
